Welcome to the website of  Fair Lawn Action, a non-partisan group representing voters from all over the borough, including Democrats, Republicans and Independents.

As you read through this website today and in the future with additional postings, we are sure you will find good reason to support Fair Lawn Action with our recall efforts.  Fair Lawn Action is a dedicated group of concerned residents who feel that the time has come to take action against Joe Tedeschi. We do not believe that Joe Tedeschi has our best interest at heart. We must unite and demand that this elected official be held responsible for his actions!

We have successfully filed recall papers with the municipal clerk. We plan to collect 6,000 signatures in the next several weeks so that we can put the question to recall Councilman Joe Tedeschi on the ballot this November. You can help us take the first step, to put an end to Joe Tedeschi's term as councilman  in Fair Lawn, by supporting us and signing the recall petition today!

Consider the facts!

Joe Tedeschi's record of working against the people of Fair Lawn is brutally clear to anyone who has observed him in action. We believe he uses the office for his own personal agenda and insults borough residents when they dare to disagree with him at public council meetings.

At council meetings Joe Tedeschi does not recuse himself on matters that involve the Board of Education. This is a clear conflict of interest since he is employed Full-Time as Community School Director. To whom does he answer - the people of Fair Lawn or to his employer, the Board of Education?
